We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Chef de Partie to run a section independently and support junior team members in delivering high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead your section with minimal supervision during service

Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with brand standards

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times

Train and support junior team members within your section

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and rotation

Contribute to new dish development and daily specials

Maintain accurate prep lists and mise en place

Communicate effectively with other sections and front of house

Uphold a positive kitchen culture through teamwork and professionalism
