The starting job will be in purfleet or barking where lorry is based. We have day and night shifts and it can be from Monday to Friday and Monday to Saturday/Sunday. Jobs are drop and swap and container and fridge job. Minimum 1 year experience.

```Duties```
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling of items
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the road
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
```Experience```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver or delivery driver
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
