Restaurant Manager – Join Our Team!
We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our busy, family-friendly diner.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and understands the importance of delivering outstanding customer service while running an efficient, profitable operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a great dining experience for every guest.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant and lead shifts.
- Prepare and manage staff rotas to meet business demands while controlling labour costs.
- Recruit, train and support team members to help them reach their potential.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance.
- Oversee stock control, ordering and cash handling.
- Manage the diner’s social media presence by creating engaging content, promoting offers and events, and responding to customer enquiries and reviews.
- Work closely with the owners to improve performance and drive the business forward.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in hospitality management.
- Has a proven track record of managing rotas.
- Is confident using social media to promote a business and engage with customers.
- Is an excellent leader who can motivate and develop a team.
- Is organised, proactive and confident making decisions.
- Can perform well under pressure in a busy service environment.
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
