Sous Chef - Help shape an exciting new kitchen.
We're looking for talented Sous Chefs who want more than simply following recipes. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to create dishes guests return for again and again.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality food consistently.
- Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Help create breakfast, lunch and Sunday roast offerings.
- Support stock management and ordering.
- Train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards.
- Step into leadership responsibilities when required.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a fresh food environment.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
- Passion for creativity, consistency and teamwork.
Opportunity

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
