Key Responsibilities
- Provide compliant mortgage and/or protection advice in line with FCA standards
- Manage client relationships from enquiry to completion
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records and meet regulatory requirements
- Build and develop your own client base (with optional support provided)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Adviser
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CeMAP, protection qualifications, or equivalent)
- CAS status or ability to achieve CAS
- Comfortable working on a self-employed, commission-only basis
- Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
- UK-based and authorised to work in the UK
