Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Property Inventory Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of property assets, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring all data is correctly entered and updated within our systems. Duties
- Must have full driving licence
- Must be able to travel to all areas in Surrey
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of property assets and document findings accurately.
- Maintain and update property inventory records using specialised software, preferably Yardi.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all information is precise and up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to property management, including filing, report generation, and record organisation.
- Liaise with property managers and tenants via phone or email, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
- Support upselling opportunities by identifying additional services or products that benefit clients during interactions.
- Ensure all inventory data complies with company policies and industry standards.
- Organise regular audits of property assets to verify accuracy of records.
Skills
- Proficiency in Inventory Base or similar property management systems is highly desirable - not essential.
- Previous office experience with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy levels.
- Solid administrative experience, including record keeping and report preparation.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. .
- Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
