Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Provide expert hair styling, colouring, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs
- Perform specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application
- Assist with store management tasks including stock organisation and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Mentor junior staff and apprentices, offering guidance to enhance their skills and confidence
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, upsell products and services, and ensure excellent customer experience
- Deliver personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, techniques, and product offerings
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the salon environment
Skills
- Proven experience in store management and barbering techniques
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on personalised client care
- Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client communication
- Ability to mentor junior team members effectively
- Expertise in eyelash extensions and makeup application is highly desirable
- Excellent upselling abilities to maximise retail sales opportunities
- Outstanding communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members
- Organised with a keen eye for detail and high standards of hygiene and presentation
