Position: Production Line Refinisher

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for customer service–driven individuals who are passionate about quality and take pride in delivering excellent results, to join our successful Aqua Bodyshop team.
The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Production Line Refinisher to join our Bodyshop team.
This role would suit someone who takes real pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment as part of a skilled and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- · Refinishing vehicle panels, including flatting, polishing, and final finishing
- · Carrying out buffing work to a consistently high standard
- · Ensuring all repairs meet Aqua Bodyshop and manufacturer quality standards
- · Identifying and correcting minor finish defects
- · Working efficiently within a production-line process
- · Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- · Supporting the wider Bodyshop team in achieving daily production targets
Skills & Experience
- · Basic experience in vehicle buffing is essential
- · Previous refinishing or Bodyshop experience is advantageous
- · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- · Ability to work efficiently to deadlines in a busy environment
- · Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team ethic
- · Commitment to maintaining health & safety standards
