You must have expensive experience with CQC, Physical Disabilities, complex care needs and Learning disabilities. You should also have PMLD knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the college’s care services in accordance with CQC standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care, safeguarding, and learner engagement.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management to maintain a motivated and competent team.
