We are seeking a skilled Caravan and Motorhome Service Technician for full-time work, focusing on servicing and repairing touring caravans and motorhomes. This role is ideal for technicians with strong expertise in auto-electrics, basic carpentry, mechanical work, plumbing, and general fitting skills. Product-specific training will be provided, but candidates with experience in the leisure industry or NCC certification are highly preferred.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in fault-finding and diagnostics.
- Good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Computer literacy.
- Ownership of a good-quality set of tools (job-specific tools provided).
- Full UK driving license.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Additional overtime during peak seasons, including Saturday mornings (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience, starting at £29,000 to £35,000 per annum.
- Benefits include a company pension scheme and sick pay after 2 years of continuous service.
