Since our group was founded in 1979, we have continuously developed and grown our healthcare services and today we deliver about 1.2 million care calls per year.
We currently have a great opportunity for a Quality Officer to support our branch in Lewisham.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing the highest quality service, has a positive approach to work, and who wants to work within our fast-growing, professional organisation with stability.
About the Role:
Working in the Lewisham area, you will support our Lewisham Branch Manager with assessments, quality checks and audits for our Service Users.
A background in Health and Social Care is essential, as our Service Users will be relying on you for your knowledge and experience during a crucial period in their discharge and care thereafter.
You will support our carers and will need to be flexible and attend care calls when required. The role will be supporting the care team and doing supervisions, assessments and spot checks.
Requirements:
- Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
- Must have a driving License and vehicle
- Must pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Provide references from previous employers
- Must live local to lewisham
