We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience with CRM software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable computer literacy and IT skills to handle various business applications efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
