Service Advisor
Location: Budgen Shrewsbury
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £29,750 basic with a realistic OTE of 35K with uncapped commission.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, plus Saturday rota

About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. You'll greet customers, manage their service and repair needs, and ensure they receive a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and booking in service and repair appointments
- Providing clear and accurate service advice and estimates
- Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated throughout the day
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
- Managing invoicing and handover of vehicles on collection
- Signposting customer surveys to secure great feedback!
About You
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the motor trade is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using dealer management systems (Pinnacle, 1Link, Motability) (Training provided)
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a friendly, professional team
- Passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience
