Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children’s Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 4 bed EBD home for boys.
Large established company, established home with good Ofsted.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring adherence to Ofsted.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalised care plans for each child, including those with dementia or complex medical conditions
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to optimise care delivery
- Manage daily operations within the care home setting, including staffing schedules, resource allocation, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to child welfare and healthcare standards
- Provide leadership during staff training sessions, fostering professional development and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of all care activities and incident reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing good Ofsted home

Pay: £57,000.00-£78,000.00 per year
