The Mayfair Harrogate is seeking experienced and professional bar staff to join our team in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment. We are looking for individuals who are confident, skilled, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and modern cocktails
- Provide excellent customer service in a busy, high-energy setting
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Handle customer orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Requirements:
- Strong cocktail knowledge and training essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude suitable for a premium venue
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
