We are on the hunt for a dynamic and driven individual who is keen to assist with our independently owned burrito bar. Hours spread between Mon - Sun. 5 day working week working between our Dale Street restaurant & in our new home at the infamous Baltic Market!
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our small burrito family. Someone who is excited about good customer service, team work and advancing our company's goals.
We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, as well as with the rest of the team. A successful candidate will carry a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Training will be provided but confidence in the English language is a neccessity.
The candidate will also be expected to;
- Assist in fresh food preparation and cooking whilst supervising of the kitchen staff
- Maintain clean and sanitise work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Help with all aspects of food prep, upholding kitchen standards and serving of he menu to the customers where required.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and management, to ensure smooth operations
Experience;
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is required.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a vital role in operating the kitchen & delivering high-quality food to our customers. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your culinary skills while working.
