Hello!
At MBC, we continue to grow and are now looking for an AI Product Lead to join an exciting and transformative AI initiative.
May Business Consulting is an international consultancy firm offering expert guidance in digital transformation, change management, efficiency, and control. We are fully client-focused and engage proactively to maximize the value we deliver.
We have offices in Spain and the United Kingdom.
We work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups.
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Lead to drive the strategy, prioritisation, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and governance, translating strategic objectives into scalable AI capabilities that deliver measurable value. You will play a key role in defining what gets built, why it matters, and how AI solutions are successfully deployed across the organisation.
This is a strategic Product Leadership role rather than a traditional Project Management position. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
Define and own the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organisational priorities.
Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritisation of AI use cases across multiple business domains.
Translate strategic business requirements into scalable, technically feasible AI solutions.
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define AI platform capabilities and technical direction.
Drive build-versus-buy decisions for AI technologies, tools, and platforms.
Establish success metrics and quality standards for AI products, including performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, and governance teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.
Support the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions across business functions.
Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Monitor product performance and continuously optimise AI capabilities to maximise business impact.
5+ years of Product Management experience within AI, Machine Learning, Data Products, or related technology domains.
Proven experience delivering AI-powered solutions into production environments.
Experience building, implementing, or scaling enterprise AI platforms and capabilities.
Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI ecosystems.
Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or similar sectors.
Demonstrated experience evaluating and selecting AI technologies, platforms, and infrastructure components.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive level.
Ability to understand technical architectures and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Experience defining product strategies, prioritisation frameworks, and delivery roadmaps.
Commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate business value, ROI, and operational efficiency.
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Lending, Payments, or FinTech environments.
Previous Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Technical Architecture background.
Experience with AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI frameworks.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, AI agents, and generative AI technologies.
Experience working with external delivery partners or consulting organisations.
Competitive compensation package aligned with your experience and expectations.
Flexible remuneration options, including private healthcare, meal vouchers, training, and more.
Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Free English classes depending on your level.
The opportunity to work on innovative international projects within a fast-growing sector.
A collaborative environment focused on knowledge sharing, innovation, and career growth.
Positive consideration will be given to candidates holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
