Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Senior Food and Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving food efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience and a passion for hospitality are highly valued.
Basic Pay £13 per hour plus entry to a generous tronc system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service
- Provide attentive and professional service to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assess guest needs and make appropriate food and beverage recommendations. Present and explain the menu, demonstrating good knowledge of food and drink offerings.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver bills and process guest payments.
- Service Standards
- Assist in maintaining the company’s standards for restaurant service and food quality.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage service is delivered to guests.
- Set and prepare tables to ensure excellent presentation of the restaurant.
- Clean and sanitise tables, chairs, and counters to maintain a hygienic dining environment.
Health & Safety
Follow all food and beverage safety, hygiene, and quality regulations at all times.
