Mechanical Project Engineer (Building Services / M&E) – Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + company car/car allowance + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead mechanical projects (design & build and pre-designed) with values up to £2M.
- Procure materials and manage labor and specialist sub-contractors.
- Attend and contribute to project meetings, managing budgets and finances.
- Work closely with senior team members and grow your project management skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction as M&E Site Supervisor, M&E Site Manager, Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, or Mechanical Supervisor.
- Strong mechanical building services knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to complete full security vetting including DBS & BPSS checks (carried out by the company).
