We’re partnering with two beautiful, well-established nurseries in Bath that are looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly teams.

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. You’ll support their development through engaging activities, meaningful interactions, and high-quality care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Supporting children’s learning, creativity, and development
- Ensuring children’s safety during play, meals, naps, and outdoor time
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitoring and recording children’s progress and daily routines
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
- Following safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards
- Supporting general nursery operations when needed
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Good understanding of child development and EYFS
- Leadership or room leader experience is a bonus (but not essential)
