We are seeking a Project Coordinator and Laboratory Technician to join the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences (NDCN). The postholder will support the Brain BioLink PI, Prof Olaf Ansorge, with the coordination, communication, administration, and operational delivery of the Brain BioLink project.
The role combines project coordination, digital communication, stakeholder management, governance coordination, public engagement, and financial/procurement oversight within a biomedical research environment.
The postholder will work across multiple project domains, including research teams, ethics and governance, digital consent, tissue workflows, external partners, charities, industry, clinical collaborators, and digital/visualisation tools.
The role requires strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to keep complex workstreams moving with minimal supervision.

This post is to cover the absence of the substantive postholder, who is taking a period of maternity leave. The post is available until 29 April 2027 or the actual return of the substantive postholder, or the resignation of the substantive postholder and employment of a new postholder, whichever is the earliest.
