We currently have a vacancy for a full-time experienced Door Installation / service engineer to join our team.
Our Service engineers carry out day to day on-site work including the installation & repairs of all industrial doors and other door systems, also carrying out service and maintenance on many of the products. We pride ourselves on ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer care, so our preferred candidate must be supportive of these qualities.
Skills and experience that our preferred candidate will have include:
A minimum of 3 years experience, Excellent mechanical aptitude with experience & background knowledge of industrial doors and be comfortable using a variety of hand & power tools.
A good understanding of safe work practices, and the ability to maintain a safe work environment at all times. A proactive team player with the ability to work unsupervised, demonstrate experience in the commercial and industrial environment, a current clean Uk drivers license is essential, excellent communication, customer service and time management skills.
Previous experience installing various industrial doors and loading bay equipment is essential.
To provide our customers with the best service, this position will require the candidates to be flexible and open to out of normal working hours call outs, as part of a call out Rota. 1 in 4 week rotational basis.
Salary is negotiable .
