About the Role:
We're looking for reliable and hardworking Picker and Packers to join a fast-paced food production team. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who thrive in busy environments and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing food products accurately
- Labelling and packaging items correctly
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Conducting quality checks
- Meeting daily production targets
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Working in a freezer environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse or food production (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Good attention to detail
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working in cold conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
