Rosherville Repairs and Maintenance Ltd are looking for keen, enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to work in domestic, commercial and industrial settings with emphasis on the private and social housing sector.

NVQ Level 3 Qualified Electrician
Required qualifications: Level 3 Technical Certificate, City & Guilds / EAL, NVQ Level 3 including AM2 end point assessment, City & Guilds Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing (2391), City & Guilds Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 (2382-22).
Desirable qualifications include PASMA, IPAF Categories 1B, 3A, 3B, City & Guilds Design and Installation of Domestic and Small Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Installations (2921-34)
Essential Experience:
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of electrical installation work including domestic, commercial and industrial installation. A good level of understanding around testing, inspection and fault finding resulting in issuing of all required certification as well as rectifying any faults. In depth experience in private and social housing environments including works such as carrying out electrical safety inspection (EICR), fire detection upgrades (LD3, LD2, LD1), Issuing all types of digital certification.
Desirable experience: The installation, commissioning and certification of domestic ventilation. Installation and commissioning of smart LED lighting systems.
Must have a comprehensive understanding of regulations and standards.
Minimum requirements for all posts:
· Good level of education relevant to the post (GCSE’S A-C or equivalent)
· Clean driving license is essential.
· Excellent level of communication skills
· IT literate
· Problem solving
· Ability to manage multiple tasks
