Production Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy factory team specialising in the manufacture of roof trusses and posi-joist flooring systems.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm (½ hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: National Minimum Wage
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the production of roof trusses and posi floors
- Operating machinery and tools (training provided where required)
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Supporting general factory operations
Requirements:
- Previous factory or production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
