Operations & Fulfilment Assistant

Kinetic Fulfilment is a growing Amazon FBA prep and fulfilment business that helps e-commerce sellers outsource their operations and scale more efficiently.
I'm looking for a reliable, hard-working and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfilment Assistant to become my first employee and play a key role in the next stage of the business's growth.
I'm particularly interested in finding someone who wants to join the business at an early stage, grow alongside it and build a long-term career with Kinetic Fulfilment. As the business expands, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress within the company.
This isn't just a warehouse role. I'm looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently and become an important part of the business as it grows.
As you develop in the role, there will be opportunities to manage day-to-day operations when I'm away from site. Full training will be provided, and I will ensure you are confident and competent before taking on any additional responsibilities.
No previous Amazon FBA or fulfilment experience is required. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking inbound deliveries
- Quality checking products
- Labelling, polybagging and preparing stock for Amazon FBA
- Packing and dispatching outbound shipments
- Creating and managing Amazon shipments
- Updating inventory and warehouse records
- Communicating with clients regarding deliveries and shipments
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace
- Supporting the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
Essential Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative
- Own transport and ability to travel
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekend working required
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Flexible working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate
- Potential for full-time hours for the right candidate
Location
The role is currently based in Shoreham-by-Sea, however I am planning to relocate to a larger warehouse in the future, likely in either Newhaven or Uckfield.
For this reason, own transport is essential and applicants must be willing and able to travel to these locations if and when the business relocates.
