Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Manage scheduling, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to meet organisational goals.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to foster a motivated and competent team.
- Oversee merchandising, sales strategies, and promotional activities to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Maintain organisational records, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including conducting meetings and providing constructive feedback.
- Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervising experience within retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is preferred.
- Proficiency in time management and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and staff alike.

Pay: £12.71-£13.71 per hour
