Mobiloo Facilitators Wanted – Commonwealth Games, Glasgow 2026
Do you want to make a real difference at one of the biggest sporting events in the world?
Do you enjoy meeting people, being helpful, and working as part of a friendly team?
Are you committed to inclusion and creating opportunities for disabled people to take part in major events with dignity, confidence and independence?
Mobiloo CIC is looking for local facilitators in Glasgow to support our mobile accessible toilet and changing facilities during the Commonwealth Games, Glasgow 2026.
Mobiloo provides fully attended mobile accessible toilet and changing facilities for people who need more than a standard accessible toilet. Our units include a toilet, wash facilities, adult-sized changing bench and hoist.
This is a facilitator role only. No driving is required.
You will be part of a small Mobiloo team helping to make sure the service is clean, safe, welcoming and running smoothly throughout the event. Our Operations and Logistics Manager will lead the team and provide all training, induction and support throughout.
Dates: 23 July to 2 August 2026Location: GlasgowPay: National Living WageHours: Approximately 60 hours per person across the 10-day event, based on a shared rota. This includes opening up at the start of each day, daily service cover and end-of-day checks.

- Working respectfully with disabled people, families, carers, friends and event staff
- Helping create a calm, friendly and dignified experience for everyone using the service
You will not go inside the Mobiloo while someone is using it. If a person needs personal assistance, they will bring a family member, carer or friend to support them.
We are looking for people who are:
- Friendly, reliable and practical

- Comfortable meeting and supporting disabled people and their families
- Calm, kind and good with people

Experience in events, customer service, cleaning, accessibility, care or disability support may be helpful, but the most important qualities are kindness, reliability, common sense and respect.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a major international sporting event while helping remove one of the biggest barriers disabled people face when attending live events.

- What appeals to you about this work
- Why you think you would be a great candidate
- Whether you are available for the full event period, 23 July to 2 August 2026
