About Diversify 360
Diversify 360 works directly with founders and directors of established UK businesses, typically £1M–£5M turnover.
We support owner-led companies with growth, optimisation, succession planning, and exit preparation. Our clients are serious decision-makers having real commercial conversations, not consumers making casual purchases.
We are now looking for a confident and professional Business Development Executive to manage first conversations and book qualified consultation calls.
This role offers exposure to genuine commercial discussions and is well suited to someone who wants to build strong, transferable B2B sales and communication skills in a professional environment.
The Role
You will speak directly with founders and directors, introduce our services, ask structured qualification questions, and book introductory consultations for our senior team.
This is not a high-pressure call centre role. The objective is to have credible, structured conversations and confidently secure the next step.
You will work from targeted call lists, follow a proven framework, and represent the business professionally on every call.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to founders and directors
- Follow a structured conversation framework
- Ask clear business qualification questions
- Identify suitable prospects and book consultations
- Handle objections professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and call records
- Work towards clear activity and booking targets
Who This Role Is Designed For
This role is ideal for someone in the earlier stages of their commercial career who wants to accelerate their confidence and capability in a serious B2B environment.
You may have 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, estate agency, account management, hospitality leadership, or phone-based sales and now want to step into more commercially meaningful conversations.
You are articulate, organised, and comfortable speaking with experienced business owners.
You take pride in preparation and professionalism, and you want to build communication skills that position you for future progression into business development, account management, or leadership roles.
You enjoy working towards measurable goals and being rewarded for strong performance.

Pay and Hours
- £14 per hour starting rate
- Rising to £16 per hour after 8 weeks based on performance and consistency
- Commission on successful client sign ups
- Realistic earnings equivalent of £22–£28 per hour once established
- Part-time, typically 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
- Office-based role
