Overview
As a key member of the kitchen team, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of vibrant, freshly-prepared dishes rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions while embracing modern creativity. You will work closely with leadership to maintain standards, develop ideas, and ensure consistent excellence across service.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to specified recipes and standards
- Assist in preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support the team in plating dishes attractively and accurately
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including weekends and evenings if necessary
- Culinary experience or relevant training is advantageous but not essential for highly motivated candidates
