We are looking for a Member Support Assistant to join our client’s busy team. Working within the operations team you will be providing exceptional support and assistance to members, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, using a ticketing system to investigate and resolve issues.
This hybrid role based between Thame and Bicester will consist of 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday, with flexibility on days to be worked from home. Offering £27,000 per annum.
Duties of the Member Support Assistant:
· Receive issues from clients and members, investigating and coming up with resolutions.
· Raising complex cases to the development team as required.
· Clearly document and log cases.
· Meet daily with the team via morning meetings to discuss issues and resolutions.
· Identify common issues and notify management of these.
· Use a ticketing system to track and resolve customer support queries.
· Liaise with stake holders as necessary.
· Support members with website access, login issues, creating accounts, moving accounts and answer general queries.
· Attend weekly meetings to discuss efficiency and workflow.
Experience:
· Previous experience working within a similar role.
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
· Experience with Freshdesk would be desirable but is not required.
· A full driver’s licence and access to your own transport due to location.
· Work well on your own initiative but also as part of a team.
