We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Operate Tevalis POS system for order processing and payment handling.
- Operate SevenRooms for reservation and table management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets and catering functions.
- Provide recommendations on drink pairings and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently serving multiple guests while maintaining high-quality service.
Skills
- Proficiency in Tevalis POS system is preferred.
- Strong time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and drinks.
- Previous high-end bar or restaurant experience is highly desireable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality is essential.
