Job Title: Mobile Hose Technician
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 basic + OTE £60k+
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7:30 – 5pm)

About the Role:
We are recruiting Mobile Hose Technicians to join a leading supplier of hydraulic and industrial hoses. With 22 service vehicles (expanding to 42 by year-end), you’ll provide essential on-site hose replacement services across local and national contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building customer relationships, and earning based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-class on-site hydraulic hose services, including a breakdown/out-of-hours service.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop the mobile business, exceeding turnover and margin targets for your area.
- Maintain all stock on your service vehicle.
- Undertake risk assessments before commencing work and adhere to site health & safety regulations.
- Participate in an on-call rota, including potential night and weekend work (with paid overtime).
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hydraulic or hose assembly/fitting, or as a plant fitter with good hydraulic knowledge.
- Hardworking, honest, and reliable.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently and build a customer base.
