Position Details
Your Role
You will work as part of a supportive team and will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care, including:
- Personal care and following structured daily routines
- Supporting mobility, medication, and hydration
- Meal preparation and maintaining a safe, clean home
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, or outings
- Completing accurate daily notes and following the care plan
This role is about consistency, trust, and making every day comfortable and safe for your client.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ live-in care experience (preferably including complex care, but not essential), Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Kind, patient, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Most importantly, you have a compassionate personality and enjoy the company of older people
