We are now looking to recruit a high calibre lettings negotiator who will be part of our friendly and busy Lettings team in our Woking office. The ideal candidate will:
- have a minimum 12 month lettings experience
- be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- show strong communication and interpersonal skills
- have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
- display high standards of service and presentation
- strong local knowledge
- a full UK driving licence
- ARLA qualifications preferred
