Dental by Design is a growing group of premium private dental clinics expanding across London. We invest heavily in marketing, so every month brings a high volume of inbound patient enquiries — and we're looking for someone who can turn those enquiries into booked consultations and treatments.
Every lead costs money. Many callers are nervous, undecided or comparing clinics before committing several thousand pounds. Your job is to build trust, understand what matters to them, and confidently guide them towards a booking. This isn't hard-sell and it isn't a call centre — it's consultative, results-focused consumer sales.
You'll start hands-on converting leads. As the business grows, there's a genuine route into a Team Leader role helping build and develop the patient sales function.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound enquiries and build rapport quickly over the phone
- Convert enquiries into booked consultations, following up until a decision is reached
- Nurture undecided patients and handle objections with confidence
- Keep accurate CRM records and consistently hit conversion targets
What we're looking for
Proven experience in consumer sales, telesales or appointment conversion — ideally selling high-value services directly to consumers. A background in private dental, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, fertility, private healthcare, financial services or luxury retail is an advantage but not essential.
You'll be a confident, personable communicator with native-level spoken and written English, commercially aware and target-driven, resilient under pressure, and ambitious about future leadership.
The package
- £30,000–£45,000 basic depending on experience, plus an attractive commission structure
- Realistic OTE £45,000–£60,000+
- Full training and genuine progression to Team Leader
- Full-time, permanent, office-based in our Hammersmith clinic
- Monday–Saturday, alternate Saturdays worked (with a day off in lieu)
