Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Wheelie Bin Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness standards for waste containers to ensure hygiene and environmental safety. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Operate cleaning equipment to thoroughly sanitise and clean wheelie bins
- Drive company vehicle to designated locations for bin collection and cleaning tasks
- Ensure all waste containers are cleaned efficiently and meet health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service schedules and any issues encountered
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Complete relevant documentation or logs related to the cleaning process and vehicle checks
Experience
- Valid driving licence with experience in driving company or personal vehicles preferred
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients
- Customer service skills to address client queries courteously and professionally
- Strong communication skills for coordinating tasks and reporting issues effectively
- Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
