The Role
You'll be involved in manufacturing reinforcement steel products, including:
- MIG/MAG welding and basic fabrication
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Reading simple engineering drawings
- Producing work to high quality standards
- Working safely as part of a supportive production team
What We're Looking For
- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Previous welding experience is an advantage but is not essential – full training can be provided for the right candidate.
