We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive with a passion for sales and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a meaningful and dynamic sector.
Salary is negotiable, with a commission-based pay scheme included.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Make outbound calls to qualify new leads and understand client needs
- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, supporting them toward purchasing decisions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure successful software delivery and client satisfaction
- Address client questions and technical queries confidently and effectively
- Conduct regular, planned activities with key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to clearly communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Deliver engaging product demos and webinars—virtually and in person
- Attend networking events and travel as required to support client relationships
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to support product and service improvements
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- B2B sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft 365/Office
- Experience using CRM systems
- Willingness and ability to travel when needed
Desirable:
- Experience in account management
- Experience in SaaS or assistive technology sales
- Background in the education sector or knowledge of assistive technology
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and/or HubSpot CRM
