Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Wellness and Spa Host to join our team at Tewkesbury Park. This role is vital in ensuring our guests and members enjoy a memorable wellness and spa experience while reflecting our commitment to outstanding service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional approach.
- Manage bookings, appointments, memberships, and enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
- Support Spa Therapists with diary management, treatment scheduling, and maximising appointment availability.
- Help coordinate the guest journey from booking through to arrival, treatment, and departure, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Promote wellness services, spa treatments, memberships and retail products.
- Eye for detail is key - Ensure reception and guest areas are clean, organised and inviting.
- Work closely with the wider wellness team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve enquiries efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Carry out basic pool plant room checks and monitoring (full training provided).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to guest needs.
