Monday to Friday – Early and late shifts
The Role
You’ll be operating a Dust Cart vehicle across residential routes in your area.
This is a Driver/Loader role, meaning you will be driving the vehicle and assisting the crew with loading when required.
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
- Driving a Class 2 Dust Cart safely and confidently through residential areas
- Helping loaders with collections during busy rounds or when short-staffed
- Refuelling and completing end-of-day paperwork
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe vehicle throughout the day
General Expectations
- Maintain a high standard of driving, especially in tight and high-density residential areas
- Work well as part of a three-person crew
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (optional weekends)
- 5am – 2pm or 2pm - 10pm
- 40 contracted hours per week
- plus overtime at 1.5 x
- Total expected annual earnings: £43,500+

Requirements
Essential:
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Maximum of 3 points (no DR/IN/DD)
- Able to carry out some manual loading when needed
Desirable (not essential):
- Rear Steer experience
- Tipper experience
- Recycling/Loader experience
