Job Title: Multi Skilled Plumber / Bathroom Fitter (Voids properties)

About the Role
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber / Bathroom Fitter to join our Voids team. You will be responsible for full bathroom installations and adaptations in empty properties, ensuring they are turned around quickly and completed to a lettable standard. You must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a full bathroom refurbishment from strip-out to final handover.
What you’ll do:
- Full Turnarounds: Strip out old suites and deliver complete bathroom installations from first-fix to final second-fix plumbing.
- Adaptations: Install specialized Low Access Showers (LAS) and wet rooms to meet accessibility standards.
- Multi-Trade Finishing: Complete essential trade tasks including basic joinery (boxing-in, bath panels, wall boarding), wall tiling, and plaster patching.
- Flooring Installation: Lay vinyl, safety flooring, or laminate flooring neatly as part of the bathroom package.
- Property Integrity: Identify and report any hidden defects (like subfloor rot or damp) found during strip-outs.
- Compliance & Tech: Ensure all plumbing work meets current water and building regulations, while logging job milestones via our digital app.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Proven track record in full bathroom fitting, plumbing, and void property refurbishments.
- Core Skills: Strong domestic plumbing background combined with confident flooring installation and carpentry skills.
- Efficiency: Ability to work to tight deadlines to minimize property void times without compromising on quality.
- Qualifications: Significant experience in multi-trade installations.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (required to drive the company vehicle)
