Salary: £1,400 per month and commission
Amory London Ltd is a UK-based hair care brand specialising in premium hair styling tools, including curlers, straighteners, blow dryers, and innovative beauty accessories. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to work in a busy retail environment.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Amory London products, delivering high standards of customer service, and representing the brand professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage customers in a professional manner
- Demonstrate products accurately and in accordance with company guidelines
- Promote and sell products to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with brand standards
- Comply with all company policies, including timekeeping and attendance procedures
Pay & Commission
- Fixed salary: £1,400 per calendar month
- Commission: Additional commission earned based on individual sales performance, calculated in accordance with the company’s commission structure
- Commission is not guaranteed and is dependent on sales achieved
- Salary and commission are paid on the 10th day of the following month
Working Hours & Schedule
- Five (5) working days per week
- Eight (8) hours per working day
Break Entitlement
- One (1) hour unpaid break per 8-hour shift, consisting of a lunch break and short personal breaks, in accordance with working time regulations Hours & Schedule
Trial Shift & Probation
- A short trial shift may form part of the interview process. This does not constitute an offer of employment
- Successful candidates will be subject to a one-month probationary period, during which employment may be terminated by either party in accordance with the contract terms
Candidate Requirements
- Genuine interest in beauty, hair styling, or retail sales
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented approach with a willingness to meet targets
- Reliable, punctual, and professional conduct
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom is required
