Miller Grace Recruitment are currently working with a consistently award-winning regional law firm that is looking to expand its highly regarded Clinical Negligence team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal, Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Solicitor up to 4 years PQE who has experience within Clinical Negligence and is looking to join a supportive, progressive and high-performing team with an outstanding reputation in the market.
The department has received multiple national recognitions in recent years, including award nominations for both individual solicitors and the wider team, alongside recognition within the Legal 500 for its expertise in Clinical Negligence matters.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, whilst also supporting senior solicitors on high-value and complex claims.
The firm is looking for someone who enjoys client contact, works well within a collaborative team environment and is keen to continue developing their technical experience and career long term.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence files
- Assisting senior solicitors on complex and high-value matters
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and third parties
- Progressing matters efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of client care
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate case management and file records
About You
- Experience within Clinical Negligence is essential
- Applications welcomed from Paralegals, Fee Earners, Legal Executives and Solicitors up to 4 years PQE
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
- IT literate and confident using case management systems
- Motivated to develop within a successful and growing team

The role will be predominantly based within the firm’s Lincoln office, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation.
