What is the Guaranteed Pay Scheme?
Our Guaranteed Pay Scheme ensures that you are paid a daily rate even if we are unable to place you in a school on a particular day, provided you are available for work and meet the scheme requirements.
The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Follow school lesson plans and maintain continuity of learning

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Adapt quickly to different school environments

Support pupils to achieve their best
Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements depending on your preferences.
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching within a UK primary school

Strong classroom management skills
-
Flexibility and adaptability
-
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
