We are searching for a Head Nurse to lead our nursing team in a positive and motivated manner. The position is full time (40 hours).
We pride our team on training and guiding new members to a high standard, in a fun and forward-thinking environment and offer detailed training for this role.
We’re looking for positive people with excellent professional presentation, confidence to communicate in a high-service and welcoming manner with patients, and a great attitude to maintaining a fun and happy team spirit, along with a dedication to patient care, organisation and timekeeping.
This role includes, but is not limited to –
- Full management of the clinical support team
- Ongoing development of team skills in an organised and planned way to create and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team
- Stock ordering
- Decon Lead
- Creating and maintaining a highly organised clinical team
