You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship during your placements and when doing assignments, someone is always ready to help.
As an extra incentive for every 20% of your qualification completed you will be awarded an extra fifty pence per hour onto your hourly rate.

When joining an apprenticeship with us you will be initially placed at Tree Tots day nursery in Tidworth, where you will be supported throughout your qualification. You will complete a 3 month pre-apprentice programme at Tree Tots to gain a basic understanding of the EYFS and the role of an educator. After successful completion of the pre-apprentice programme you will then be enrolled onto the full and relevant level 2/3.
You will then do placements at our sister nurseries, giving you the opportunity to absorb the knowledge, passion and experience of our dedicated staff across our 7 other nurseries based in Tidworth, Bulford, Larkhill and Warminster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and engage with the children frequently, affectionately and respectfully.
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Assist in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Observe and record children’s progress and development.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet the individual needs of children.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to enable children’s needs to be met.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in early years education while working towards a relevant qualification.
