We are looking for 2 responsible Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Flexible hours can be arranged to suit the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Data Inputting
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Answer telephone calls and pass them on
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Order/procure Stationary
- Invoicing
Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Experience ideal but full training can be given.
