Responsibilities for a Junior Sous Chef
To assist in the effective management of the company’s central production facility, driving innovation in food offerings to enhance customer engagement, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation are maintained, maximizing profitability across all areas of responsibility, and supporting the training, development and performance of all employees in food production, service and presentation.
Requirements for a Junior Sous Chef

- Knowledge of industry related regulations
