Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and assist them in the showroom, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Support sales through upselling products and services to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain the organisation and visual presentation of the showroom, including merchandising displays
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing stock levels, and updating records
- Support the sales team with basic maths calculations for pricing or measurements
- Handle enquiries via phone or email courteously and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail environment is desirable
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for success in this role
